1. To provide services of health, health promotion, rehabilitation, and vocational training to children with disabilities.
2. To provide primary health services for children with disabilities in the CBR program.
3. To offer support and orientation to parents of children with special needs.
4. To offer education and rehabilitation programs to adolescents and young persons with special needs, promoting their integration into the family, society, and the labor market.
5. To provide community-based health and rehabilitation programs in Santiago, Dominican Republic for disadvantaged children and families in areas of limited services.
