Providing disaster response, humanitarian assistance, and long-term development support

This Advance will support all aspects of the UMCOR Philippines, including the new regional office in the Philippines and the United Methodist Church in the Philippines. The programs will provide a ministry of presence, and allow for staff with specific skills to further the work of UMCOR through the Global Health Initiative, the Initiative for Ministry with the Poor and Disaster Relief and Development.
